1. Who you’re buying from

TileKit is sold by Nicholas Howley (NIF Y6264399H), trading as Alhambra Mosaic Studio, Carrer de Perelló 74, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. Email: info@alhambramosaic.com.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds (UK delivery) or euros (EU delivery) and include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order; we never see your full card details.

3. Your order

Your contract with us is formed when we email your order confirmation. If something goes wrong (for example, an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error), we’ll contact you and refund you in full if you choose not to continue.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are on our Shipping & returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

5. Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. How to cancel, and how refunds work, is explained on the Shipping & returns page. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty.

6. If something is wrong

Our products come with the legal guarantee that applies where you live (in the EU, at least two years for goods that are faulty or not as described; in the UK, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Contact us and we’ll put it right.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards are emailed as a single-use code and are valid for 24 months from purchase. They can be used on kits and extras, in the currency they were bought in, for one order; any unused balance cannot be carried over. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Discount codes can’t be used to buy gift cards.

8. Discount codes

Codes are subject to the conditions given when they are issued, one code per order, and can’t be exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed.

9. Safety

Kits contain small parts and craft paints. Not suitable for young children. Adult supervision is recommended for children.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in the UK or another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
